Shipping

We ship with DHL throughout Europe and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days: 

Germany Standard Shipping 
5,50 € (2-4 Working Days)

European Union Standard Shipping
16,00 € (7-10 Working Days)

Switzerland Standard Shipping
30,00 € (7-10 Working Days)

We ship all orders with send me pack®, a Berlin-based company that reduces packaging waste by rescuing and refurbishing intact cardboard boxes.

Payments

StudioKôr accepts payments via credit card and Paypal. 

Returns

StudioKôr accepts returns within 10 days after receiving your order. If you want to return an item, please contact us at info@studiokor.de. Mailing your order back with tracking confirmation is the safest option as StudioKôr cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. We will refund your order once we receive the goods. Please note, that we do not refund shipping costs in case of return.

Rental service 

Need some vintage treasures for a film or photo shoot? StudioKôr offers access to their renowned vintage collection. Simply drop us a line and we will get back to you.

Personal shopping 

Our aim is to make shopping as sustainable as possible. Therefore we offer an exclusive service to find garments and accessories that best suits you. Please get in touch and we're happy to help. 

Sell with us 

We are always looking for pre-loved and vintage gems. Therefore, we are happy to help you sell your no longer wanted clothes and accessories on your behalf. Please send us an email to info@studiokor.de with the item you would like to sell and describe its condition. For a fee we are managing the entire selling process, including taking pictures, shipping and everything else that goes with it.

We are looking for clothes and accessories in a timeless yet modern design. Designer brands we love are for example Escada, Jil Sander, Joseph, Max Mara, premium vintage pieces from the 80s and 90s and small and independent brands.
